JOB DESCRIPTION:
IT Business Analyst (BA) / System Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information, then evaluating and proposing solutions to address issues for optimizing business processes related to our products. The BA will work closely with various departments, including IT, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Sales, to ensure that business objectives are understood and implemented effectively.
Experience and understanding of System Analyst
₋ Conduct information gathering from various sources (users, stakeholders, competitors, etc.)
₋ and Coordinate with relevant departments for a deeper understanding of business issues and opportunities.
₋ Research and analyze requirements from the information-gathering phase.
₋ Propose solutions based on information analysis and market development trends (with a no-code perspective).
₋ Work closely with the Design, Development, QA/QC teams to ensure business requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
+ Develop user stories, business feature diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, etc.
+ Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes. Review logic, UI/UX.
+ Participate in the creation and writing of documents such as BRD, FSD, SRS for the development team.
₋ Monitor the progress of proposed solutions.
₋ Conduct regular meetings with relevant departments to update progress and discuss emerging issues.
₋ Assist in testing and acceptance of product features.
₋ Organize training sessions, write user manuals, and provide support for product users, addressing issues as they arise.
₋ Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENT

Proactive in work with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Basic knowledge of technology and design.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience working in Agile project environments (a plus).

Enthusiastic, meticulous, adaptable, and committed to work.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (a plus).
