CADIVI's SAP S/4HANA-based budget management and control project is being consulted and implemented by Citek across four company codes: CADIVI Vietnam, CADIVI Miền Đông, CADIVI Đồng Nai, and CADIVI Miền Bắc. Once operational, the system will assist CADIVI in standardizing its budget structure, business processes, budget control periods, and company-wide budget management model. Additionally, it will implement best-practice SAP-based budget management solutions to standardize the process of rolling over budgets to the following year and enhance the budget management reporting system.
