JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the General Director in managing and operating the company, ensuring that business activities and strategies are effectively implemented. Act as a bridge between the CEO and departments, partners, and customers, and play an important role in optimizing the performance of the board of directors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support management and coordination of work:
- Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, and meetings of the CEO with partners, customers, and within the company.
- Monitor the progress of strategic projects (ERP SAP, digital transformation) and report to the CEO.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for important meetings or events.
2. Information management and communication:
- Be the liaison between the CEO and departments (Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance, etc.), ensuring information is communicated accurately and promptly.
- Draft emails, official dispatches, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents as directed by the CEO.
- Manage confidential information and sensitive data related to the company's business strategy.
3. Support strategy implementation:
- Monitor and coordinate with department heads to ensure business objectives (e.g., deploying ERP projects for large customers such as Hoa Phat, and Eurowindow) are implemented as planned.
- Research the market, and collect information on digital transformation trends, ERP, and competitors to support the CEO in making decisions.
4. Organize events and external relations:
- Coordinate the organization of internal events (seminars, webinars on SAP solutions) and external events as directed by the CEO.
- Support building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners (SAP) and large customers.
5. Other tasks:
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the CEO.
- Propose improvements to the work process to enhance the efficiency of the CEO's office.
REQUIREMENT

Education: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership assistant position, with priority given to candidates who have worked in the technology industry, ERP solution consulting, or digital transformation.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Understanding of ERP (SAP, Oracle NetSuite) or digital transformation technology is a big advantage.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (such as Trello, Asana).
- Qualities:
- Careful, meticulous, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Information confidentiality, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work under high pressure.
- Foreign language: Fluent English (reading, writing, communication) to work with documents and international partners.
